  • What time am I able to check-in/check-out?
    Check-in time is 15:00pm. On the date of departure, the Check-out is 11:00am to allow us time to complete service for new occupants. We can offer late check-out upon request, subject to availability (fees apply).
  • Is wireless internet available at Ostria Village residence?
    Yes, we are happy to offer free Wi-Fi access for our guests throughout the premises.
  • Are pets allowed?
    No, unfortunately we do not accept pets as guests.
  • Is a laundry service available?
    We are happy to offer an iron and an ironing board to residents. Unfortunately, we do not offer laundry services, however, we could inform you on where you could get laundry services in Sivota.
  • Are baby cots available?
    Yes! Baby cots, which are suitable for infants under 2 years can be booked subject to availability. Please mention it on your reservation.
  • Are safety deposit boxes available in the rooms?
    Yes! Safe deposit boxes are available in all the rooms
  • Does Ostria Village have a bar/restaurant?
    Ostria Village does not feature a restaurant or bar. Located in an area next to Sivota harbor, many tavernasand restaurants are next to our establishment. We would happily inform you, so do not hesitate to ask us at the reception.
  • Do you serve breakfast?
    No, unfortunately we do not serve breakfast.
  • Does Ostria Village provide parking?
    Ostria Village has an underground parking space, so that your vehicle is safe and secure.
  • How close is Ostria Village from the port of Sivota?
    Ostria Village is located approximately 200 meters from the port of Sivota, which you can reach within a five-minute walk.
  • Do you have family apartments?
    Yes, Ostria Village has extremely spacious apartments, from 35m2 to 50m2, which are ideal for families and groups of up to 4 people. The apartments are single-room
  • Do Ostria Village apartments have a view?
    Yes, all of our apartments have a spacious balcony with an unimpeded view to the picturesque harbor of Sivota.
  • Do you have accessibility for people with mobility difficulties?
    Yes, Ostria Village has an elevator that helps our guests move from the underground parking to the first floor. Also, one of our apartments located on the ground floor is specially designed to meet the needs of people with mobility difficulties.

    The payments may take place by credit/debit card at the POS located at our reception or by transfer to our company's bank account.
